Peach Fruit Leather

I had the urge recently to make fruit leather out of peaches. I remember making it with my mom as a little girl, and it seemed like something fun to do this summer.  After looking at various recipes, I did a combination of many of them.  It turned out to be really easy to do and fairly quick to prepare.

All I did was cut 10 large peaches into cubes and place them in a large pot (peels included), add 1 cup of sugar, and cooked them on medium-high for 30 minutes.

Then I put them in a blender for 2 min to smooth out all of the chunks and peels.

I then poured the mixture into a 13x9 baking sheet lined with plastic wrap.

And baked it in a convection oven for 10 hours at 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

It turned out so delicious that we ate it all in one day!
