Braided Headband

After making my pinwheel skirt, I hand fabric left over and wanted to make something for my hair.  I decided to make a braided headband.  It was REALLY easy and only took me 5 minutes.

1. Cut 3 strips of fabric about 2 feet long and 3 inches wide.

2. Braid them together.

3. Tie a knot at the both ends.

4. Glue the braid to a headband.  I used fabric glue that I bought at Walmart.

5. Cut off the extra ends.

Finished!

  1. Where did you get your sewing machine to make all of this? I just had that thought as I was thinking about how I don't know if I could ever successfully sew a zipper into something, lol.
